I support this 100%
It’s an outrage what efforts are wasted on agencies throwing themselves at clients, lowering their pants and prices just to get the job.

If now only the agencies would stop doing the same things to the creatives,
I’d really be a happy man. But truth is we also have to compete like savages.
It’s sometimes as disgusting as them demanding designs and boards for free, and bringing them all to the tables as if done in-house.
Heck, we’ve even been in competition with ourselves through different agencies and production companies.

this game is anything but civil I’m afraid.
but sincerely hope this gets everyone involved thinking.
And changin their ways.
