How do you think they integrated the skaters with the ramps that where being created during a few of those sequences? Where those ramps 3D and where the skaters composited in via greenscreen?

It was all live action footage. No green screens, and the guys in flame just ‘erased’ the actual ramps. Then we added the cg on top, did some roto and color correction and comped it all back together again in flame.
