The Theory is the pseudonym for writer/director team Tom Jenkins and Simon Sharp. They blew up on the internets with their stop-motion Google Street View journey, Address Is Approximate. Their latest personal project, Speed of Light, takes advantage of tiny pico projectors to create the world’s tiniest police chase.
