Told as a tale within a magical puppet theater, the film is bookended by the puppet master himself, a delightfully gnarled old man with an equally gnarled voice. The project was created to celebrate The Harrowing, “an event to commemorate Halloween festivities in the world of Valoran,” continent within Riot Games’ popular League of Legends universe. (Source)
