Since 2004, Thomas Schmid has been working at Buck’s New York office. As a creative director, he has touched many of the studio’s most memorable projects.

Thomas’ recently launched portfolio site is an impressive tour, with personal projects interspersed throughout his body of commercial work. Working across media, his colorful minimalism and playful compositions are a delight to browse.

Together with Carlos El Asmar, Justin co-founded Motionographer, F5 and The Motion Awards. He currently lives in Austin, Texas with is wife, son and fluffball of a dog. Before taking on Motionographer full-time, Justin worked in various capacities at Psyop, NBC-Universal, Apple, Adobe and SCAD.
