Dubai Flow Motion by Rob Whitworth

Rob Whitworth’s “Dubai Flow Motion” is a mind-bendingly complex portrait of one of the world’s most extravagant cities.

Combining time-lapse, camera-stabilization and boat loads of 4K footage, the film is an ever-shifting quilt of vignettes that takes you from skydiving over the Burj Khalifa to snorkeling (kind of) in the Dubai Aquarium — and everywhere in between.

Whitworth calls the technique “flow motion,” which he also used in the 2014 film, “Barcelona Go!”
