This project with Map Project Office and IBM is a stunning exploration of Motion Design, CGI, and 3D, bringing IBM’s groundbreaking fibre optic technology to life. The team created a sleek, high-speed sequence that visualizes the fabrication of a generative AI computing chip, capturing the incredible speed and bandwidth of fibre optics. It’s like watching a futuristic dance of light and data, where every movement feels fast, fluid, and full of energy.

To showcase the chip’s inner workings, the team combined the speed of light with intricate 3D details, revealing its optical components with precision and clarity. The goal was to make complex technology easy to understand—and they nailed it. By breaking down advanced concepts into visually striking scenes, they turned something highly technical into a captivating story.

The final film is more than just a visual showcase; it’s a powerful tool for IBM to share its innovation with the world. It proves that Motion Design and CGI can make even the most sophisticated tech feel approachable and exciting. This project is a perfect blend of art and science, where light, data, and creativity collide.
