By submitting any form of media — including but not limited to video, still images, audio, or other visual assets (collectively referred to as the “Work”) — to Why Not Plus LLC, the parent company of Motionographer®, the individual or organization making the submission (the “Submitter”) grants Motionographer® permission to use the Work, in whole or in part, across various formats. These include publication on the Motionographer® website, inclusion in the Motionographer® Collection archive, curated compilations such as “Studio Stories by Motionographer®,” and other related digital or physical presentations under the Motionographer® brand.
Motionographer® may also use the Work in public screenings and in promotional content distributed through email, mobile platforms, social media, and third-party platforms operated either directly by Motionographer® or through its partners and licensees. Some of these uses may generate revenue for Motionographer®.
The Submitter affirms that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for the content contained within the Work — including music, visuals, and any third-party materials — and accepts full responsibility for securing those rights. The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Motionographer®, its affiliates, assignees, and licensees from any legal claims, fees, or disputes related to the submitted Work.
Furthermore, the Submitter certifies they have the authority to grant these permissions on behalf of themselves and/or any clients for whom the Work was created, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of submission.
