Bryce Wymer

Bryce Wymer has relaunched his personal site, and it’s chock full of the good stuff he’s been doing for the last few years.

Before becoming a Senior Creative Lead at Digital Kitchen‘s New York office, Bryce worked at Dallas-based Reel FX, one of my favorite underdog motion studios. But Bryce’s site is about more than his day job; it points towards a growing body of inspiring artwork that show his passion for creating compelling visual experiences, with or without a client bankrolling his time.

NOTE: Normally, we post site relaunches/updates in the Quickies, but to be honest, many people simply don’t see the Quickies. We’re having a little internal discussion about the future of Quickies here at Motionographer HQ. If you have thoughts about Quickies, please send them to feedback@dev.motionographer.com.

I was actually just looking at your site Saturday. I saw it under the “cream of the crop” heading, and your work is truly Bryce Wymer(in a good way). I really enjoy your illustrations; they’re inspiring. The site looks great.

BTW I really like the “Quickies.” I look at them often, and I think it affords you the opportunity to you post work where you don’t have to worry about the approval and consensus of the community. Don’t get rid of it please.

Really really nice stuff. Truly quite unique, those character designs…We dont often come across (fine) artists who are also successfully involved in the commercial side of things….amazing work, Mr. Wymer.
