Not really sure why I would be the first to comment on this GEM of a recording, but how about a huge thanks to Nick Campbell for giving such a great presentation (in such a limited amount of time)

I found this super helpful. I am one of the students he is speaking of in terms of finding work and I am feeling a little better after viewing this.
