Great! Now if we can only get employers to stop using keywords like “Ninja” and “Rockstar” to describe their ideal candidate. These do not appeal to us. Also, It would be courteous of you to include a first name so we don’t have to apply to your job blindly. And stop posting your job anonymously. Why can’t you let us know who you are? We don’t want to send our resume into a blackhole.

This is a very impersonal and indirect way of dealing with people. One of the reasons our industry is in the state that it’s in. I think I speak for all of us.
