Like CG mashups of Magritte, Salvador Dalí and a dash of Max Ernst, Costa’s works are elegantly composed postcards from dreamworlds where machine-like architecture mingles with exotic organic objects.
“A Romantic Drama” (2014)
Teaming up with co-directors Guto Terni and Sam Mason, Vinicius’ recently released music video for Empire of the Sun’s “High and Low” is a sustained trip through the artist’s mind. An ambitious live action production, the project was produced through Roof, the studio established in 2012 by Vinicius, Guto and executive producer Crystal Campbell.
