Advertising is a form of communication intended to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to take some action. The advertised message could be to take action and learn how to “think critically” ( which is the whole point of your animation Mr. White). I think it is important to learn how to use your own faculties before you presume you can teach others how to think. My point is: advertising is no more a perpetrator then nuclear technology. Nuclear technology has the capability to annihilate a city but it also holds the capacity to power the world without the negative environmental impacts. “Advertising” is not the contributors to any ones problems!
